The Blackfalds Bulldogs are pleased to announce the signing of 2007-born forward, Daniel Hussa.
The North Wales, Pennsylvania product played for the New Jersey Rockets 18U AAA team. In 54 games with the Rockets this season, Hussa scored 33 goals and 61 points. The six-foot-four, 192-pound forward has an NCAA Division I commitment to the University of Vermont.
Bulldogs’ Director of Player Development, Al Parada, said, “I am very excited to have Danny sign with the Bulldogs for the rest of this season. He was a very sought-after player in our league and we are lucky to get a power forward with his size, skill, and ability.”
Parada continued, “Danny is great off the rush and can play both sides on the wing. He has a great eye for the net and can score but also has great hands in tight as well as patience and vision.”
Parada added, “I am excited to see what Danny can do in a Bulldogs jersey for the rest of this season and be a part of the Bulldogs future moving forward.”
Hussa will be wearing number 17.
The entire Bulldogs organization would like to welcome Daniel and his family to Blackfalds!
